Winning images of 44th Wildlife Photographer of the Year are to be unveiled at London’s Natural History Museum in October.
The eagerly awaited exhibition will showcase the latest visually stunning, sometimes humorous and thought-provoking images from the best talents in nature photography.
The competition, which is owned by the Natural History Museum and BBC Wildlife Magazine, has attracted a record-breaking 32,351 images from 82 countries this year.
Chair of the judging panel Mark Carwardine said, “The judges spend weeks in a darkened room, looking at thousands of beautiful images, but the final exhibition photographs have a creativity, originality and sheer drama that set them apart.”
